Current Work

We are working with senior executives who are feeling blocked on certain issues. Typically they ask: 'Do I need to change organisations; or change roles; or...?'
They are often aware there's a problem, but not its causes; and not its solution. They don't know who to discuss it with - in its detail and complexity, with honesty and in safety - to get help. Leaders turn to us at these moments.

Our law firm clients are instructing us to work with their partners and associates in career transition.We are helping with their long term career planning and also, crucially, in taking immediate next steps. We provide a safe, confidential place to solve both emotional and practical concerns.
